Pinpoint Property Tax Finder
USA Property Tax Associates (USA PTA) strives to achieve uniformity and standardization in the field of property tax administration in America. Emergent Software brought us on board to help USA PTA develop their concept for a first-of-its-kind data aggregation & business intelligence tool that analyzes tax data across commercial properties, providing insights and highlighting inequities among assessments.
To begin, we developed key messages and naming ideas for the new tool. With the name, “Pinpoint Property Tax Finder,” LND designed a logo and brochure website, developing a system of visual elements that brings the brand to life. We also collaborated closely with USA PTA and Emergent to craft the user experience and visual design for the software application. A central dashboard and step-by-step process guide users as they create projects and search + filter for relevant properties based on a variety of criteria.
